From an institutional perspective, the achievements attained through the emphasis on affordability within the educational project between China and Costa Rica have proven to be substantial and strategically significant. The implementation of accessible cost structures has facilitated broader participation across diverse socioeconomic groups, thereby promoting inclusivity and equal access to quality education. This approach has enabled the successful delivery of language and cultural programs, strengthening academic capacities while fostering mutual understanding and cooperation between both countries.
